Like I've literally written it on a Notion page. </p><p>It helps the broader business know when to come to you vs not, and means you can focus intentionally on the stuff you are responsible for.</p><p>But evaluating when to expand that remit is the tricky bit! So coming up with your own version of things like, does it impact the core/mission of why my function exists? or is it something you could meaningfully (and successfully) own? are all things to help weigh them up.</p>]]></content:encoded>
