Chapter Leaders are the local, boots on the grounds ambassadors and builders of In Good Company. They cultivate an engaged, inclusive HR community in their city by hosting events, fostering peer connection, and representing In Good Company's values locally.

  • Organize ~4 local gatherings per year. Casual meetups, roundtables, workshops - your choice

  • Collaborate with the In Good Company team on themes and formats that will inspire your local community

  • Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for HR professionals at all career stages

We're looking for people who care about

building real connections

  • 3+ years experience in HR, People, Talent, or related fields

  • Strong local HR network or clear ability to build one

  • Deeply passionate about community building and peer learning

  • Comfortable hosting events and facilitating discussions

FAQ

Chapter Leaders will look to engage a co-lead and split all duties between two people per metro. Given that, your all-in time commitment should be about 5 hours/month on average. The total duration generally entails a one-year commitment, with continued tenure ongoing, should there be a great fit and experience from all parties!
