Hello everyone, AJ Vaughan here.
I’ve spent the past decade working at the intersection of HR technology, global workforce strategy, and intelligence. Today, I lead partnerships and research initiatives focused on how HR leaders evaluate and adopt new platforms, as well as how they make strategic people decisions across product, revenue, and marketing teams. I’m especially obsessed with the functions, behaviors, and systems that help those teams work better together. Lately, I’ve been particularly interested in how AI is reshaping three areas: HR decision making and data visibility, the evolving role of HR buyers in tech adoption, and how people teams balance automation with human-centered culture.
I also host a podcast and a research initiative where I regularly speak with CHROs, CFOs, and HR operators about what’s actually working inside organizations and what isn't excited to learn from this group and contribute where helpful.
