My experience spans Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, immigration & mobility, Swedish HR processes, and technology recruitment. I currently lead HR, Talent and Operations at VIPAS AB, an IT consulting company in Sweden.
I’m particularly interested in People Operations, HR technology, AI in HR, Talent Strategy and building smarter, more efficient HR processes.
I joined InGoodCompany to learn from other HR professionals, exchange practical ideas and connect with people working across HR and People functions internationally.
I’m also always happy to connect with fellow HR professionals in Stockholm and across Europe.
Looking forward to learning from everyone and contributing to the community! 😊
