Hi everyone, I’m Antonia. I’m based on the beautiful Gold Coast and work with organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

After finishing up as a Head of People at the end of 2024, I founded The PX Collective. I help leaders understand what’s really driving challenges such as declining engagement, rising turnover, team friction, change fatigue, or an executive team that isn’t operating at its best, and then create a practical plan to improve it. I also provide executive coaching because leadership and people experience go hand in hand.

After years inside a large organisation, working for yourself can feel a little lonely. My puppy listens intently but doesn’t add much to the conversation, so I’m looking forward to connecting and sharing ideas here.

I lead a small team that looks after HR operations, people analytics and systems for the P&C function, with HiBob as our system of record. Most of my time lately goes into AI, agents and automation. We run a governed program for building agents on top of Bob – data-quality monitoring, cross-system reconciliation, and agents that fulfil change requests end to end – all built on a custom HiBob MCP server with human approval at every step that matters.

We're lucky enough to have essentially unlimited Claude Fable 5.1 usage, so we're all about being cutting edge and figuring out what's actually possible in the People space.
