Hi everyone!
I’m Yvonne, Group HR Lead M&A and PMI at team.blue. I work closely with newly joined (acquired) companies across Europe and lead the people side of mergers, acquisitions and post-merger integrations. My role focuses on aligning people, processes and culture during periods of growth and transformation, while supporting leaders and teams through change.
What I enjoy most is building strong relationships across different companies and countries, creating clarity in complex environments and helping organisations scale in a sustainable and people-focused way. Alongside my role, I also lead group-wide Health & Wellbeing initiatives and organise our monthly Lunch & Learn sessions focused on wellbeing, leadership and personal growth.
Outside of work I’m passionate about health & wellbeing, love to do sports especially running & HYROX and spending time with my family.
I’m here to connect with others, exchange ideas and learn from different experiences and perspectives, especially around people, change, growth and leadership.
