I call this group genWHY? (not to be confused with Gen Y). It’s not about age - it’s about mindset.
genWHY? are workers who:

Want more than a paycheck
See their professional lives as an extension of their values
Demand dignity, flexibility, equity, and impact
This isn’t laziness. It’s evolution. Work is being redefined- not by one generation, but by all of us who are asking deeper questions about what work should mean in our lives.
