🤝 Ways I can help or HR superpower: I'm a speaker, facilitator, and ICF-accredited coach. My work focuses on bridging individual growth & business performance, because while business (and the world) doesn't get easier, I believe we can become stronger and better equipped to move through it.
I spend a lot of time supporting leaders and teams navigating change, growth, scale, and increasing complexity by creating reflective spaces and environments where we can enhance our self-leadership, build resilience, and our capacity.

🧐 Looking for advice on/curious about: I’m a huge believer that when we bring different perspectives together, we all grow. So I’d love to learn more about your world, what themes you’re seeing, what challenges you’re experiencing, and what’s working well that both I and others could learn from too. I'm here to learn from you all and build meaningful connections.

💡 Hobbies or fun fact: Writing, keeping fit (swimming/running/gym/yoga), and travelling as much as possible. I’m also obsessed with my niece and nephew (7 & 1), they are my favourite people, so I return home to Scotland often to be with them.
