“In Good Company” Community Terms
By participating in HiBob’s “In Good Company” Community (““In Good Company” Community”) you acknowledge that your use of the “In Good Company” Community is governed by the above Community Guidelines, our End-User Terms of Use, and any other agreement that you have agreed with HiBob (collectively with our Privacy Policy: “Community Terms”).
Without derogating any other provision agreed between you and HiBob, when you post any content on the “In Good Company” Community, you grant to HiBob and at our sole discretion, to other “In Good Company” Community users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and transferable license, to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose such material in any form and through any media, including but not limited to, for marketing and publicity purposes.
HiBob nor its personnel will bear any liability with respect to the answers provided in the “In Good Company” Community and those answers are provided on an "as is" basis.
In case of termination or suspension of the “In Good Company” Community, HiBob may decide to delete your account, passwords and user content, and to deny your access to the “In Good Company” Community.
You will have the right to cancel your “In Good Company” Community membership and delete your account at any time by sending an email to [email protected].
By participating in the “In Good Company” Community you agree that some of your personal data will be processed by third parties in connection with the provision of the “In Good Company” Community tool and with other “In Good Company” Community -related services.
Partners of HiBob will be allowed to use the “In Good Company” Community to engage with and help the “In Good Company” Community members, provided that they will not publish or promote any information, marketing materials or proposals related to their services and/or products (“Partner’s Materials”) other than in their profile. HiBob may delete any of Partner’s Materials published outside of the Partner’s profile. “Partners” shall mean any person or a company acting on behalf of any third-party service provider.
