AXS Passport was built around a simple belief: people should be able to share what helps them thrive, without having to repeatedly explain or justify their needs.
Through our anticipatory welcome ecosystem, it puts individuals in control of sharing their strengths, barriers and adjustments, while giving organisations an end-to-end platform for adjustment requests, management and reporting.
For us, inclusion means creating environments that respond to people, without waiting for a diagnosis or a crisis before support becomes available.
