I’m a People & HR professional based in the Vancouver area with a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences, building strong workplace cultures, and helping organizations get the most out of their people. I’m a Human Resources professional with experience supporting organizations and teams across Canada, working in both unionized and non-union environments.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across different teams, environments, and challenges, which has taught me that great people practices are really about balancing empathy, business needs, and what works in the real world.
