Happy Monday! Hope everyone made it through the long weekend and the surface-of-the-sun temperatures with their dignity mostly intact.
Last week, Brandon Linn, M.S. I hosted the very first ๐๐ง ๐๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฒ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ฉ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ญ-๐ฎ๐ฉ, and I am pleased to report that a room full of HR professionals can, in fact, clock out and have a good time.
We swapped stories, compared notes, and bonded over the universal experiences of our field. The wins, the challenges, and yes, the occasional policy question that started with "so hypothetically." Good food. Good drinks. Conversation so good I almost forgot it was hot enough outside to slow-roast a brisket on the sidewalk. We stayed cool, stayed hydrated,
and generally proved that HR happy hours hit different.
