I'm Camille Hyatt: Founder & Principal Strategist of RoomFluency, a New Jersey-based people strategy and HR consulting firm. My background includes senior leadership level People & Culture and coaching roles at Accolade, Transcarent, Catholic Charities, and Princeton University, and my work spans organizational transformation, M&A integration, total rewards, and workforce equity. Outside of work, I coach competitive cheerleading at the national level, and if you know me, that tracks. The same performance psychology and team-building instincts I bring to the gym floor show up in everything I do professionally.
