馃 HR Superpower: I have worked across multiple countries and industries in EMEA so I know firsthand what it looks like when people strategy is built for one market and then awkwardly copy-pasted into another. I help companies get that right: crafting people strategy from scratch, supporting expansion into European markets, and coaching HR professionals through it so the knowledge stays in the team, not just in my head. The digital layer and AI automation come on top of that, so the strategy actually lives somewhere and runs without the HR team holding it together.
Looking for Advice On: What is actually keeping HR leaders up at night right now. I spent years feeling like the loneliest person in the building as an HR leader and I refuse to let that be the norm (also one of the reasons I went independent).
