I jumped into the world of HR 4 years ago and have loved learning new skills in the world of people operations and human resources.
Currently, I run the HR team at Mount Vernon School, an innovation school and consultancy in Atlanta, GA, where we are working on some exciting new ways to track performance, invest in L&D, and connect mission-driven competency development to compensation. Also diving deep into systems thinking using A.I. to find efficiencies and improve the services we can provide. Would love to connect with others who are wrestling with similar issues and/or in the HR space in metro-Atlanta.
