I’m Leshya Sukhu, and I’m really glad to be part of this community. I’ve spent 20+ years in the HR space, primarily focused on employee relations, compliance, and workplace investigations.
I currently serve as a global leader in Employee Relations & Compliance, supporting complex, high-stakes workplace matters and helping leaders navigate difficult situations with clarity and care.
Outside of my core role, I’m also building NexusAlly — an independent, AI-supported platform designed to guide managers and HR through real-time workplace moments, before they escalate.
Whether I’m supporting leaders through difficult conversations or building tools to make those moments easier to navigate, I’m always thinking about how we can create more consistent, thoughtful, and psychologically safe workplaces.
