I'm Anna Valle, a People Operations & Culture Partner based in Los Angeles, CA, with 7+ years building and scaling HR operations in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies.
I've spent a lot of my career being the "Swiss Army Knife of HR": jumping into messy systems, cleaning up data, building AI-enabled automations, and turning scattered processes into scalable infrastructure. HiBob is a big part of my toolkit history, so it's great to be joining this community!
What I'm passionate about: building and optimizing People Ops to be both human-centered and operationally sound. I love the puzzle of making systems work for people instead of around them. Outside of work, you'll find me in the garden, out on a hike, or camping somewhere I've never been, always looking for the next new spot to discover.
