Thought it about time I introduced myself on this site! I'm Sharon, a stand-alone HR Lead working in a SME multinational company in the horticulture/NFP/produce marketing space. A truly unique company mix with lots of international engagement to keep me on my toes!
Working in a stand-alone HR role can be lonely at times, so I really value finding my people, in communities such as these. Also, being in an international focused role, I find I'm always trying to find out some specific HR nugget from one country or another, so looking forward to learning from one another.
Outside of work I'm a mum to 2 young rambunctious kids - one of whom has recently mastered the art of making me the perfect cup of tea and the other who's so full of energy I'd never trust him to hold a hot cup of anything 😄
