I’m Łukasz! operator, builder and the guy you call when sales, ops or the entire organization collectively says - someone needs to fix this… now.
I’ve spent 10+ years in B2B sales, client development and operations. I’ve led teams, built processes from scratch, scaled consultative sales and turned “constant firefighting mode” into “predictable pipeline and clear execution.”
My sweet spot is where sales, ops and delivery meet, the place where a Founder’s vision has to turn into something people actually buy and teams can actually execute.
Currently relocating to Gdańsk(Poland) from Krakow, because every founder-minded person knows that if you can improve the UI/UX of your own life, you should.
What I’m looking to learn:

building account frameworks and processes people actually use,
Simplifying chaos so teams can focus on impact,
connecting business, data and operations into one engine that delivers results.
