We run a governed program for building agents on top of Bob – data-quality monitoring, cross-system reconciliation, and agents that fulfil change requests end to end – all built on a custom HiBob MCP server with human approval at every step that matters.
We're lucky enough to have essentially unlimited Claude Fable 5.1 usage, so we're all about being cutting edge and figuring out what's actually possible in the People space.
