I partner with HR and People leaders to take admin and operational noise off their plate – from inbox and calendar control to interview scheduling, reporting and follow-ups – using a blend of experienced remote assistants and practical AI-powered workflows. I love turning messy processes into simple, reliable systems so leaders and teams can focus on the people and projects that move the needle.

I’m keen to learn how HR and People teams are practically using AI in their day-to-day work (beyond the hype) and where you still feel the biggest gaps in admin and ops support are. I’m especially interested in how smaller HR teams at growing companies are scaling their processes without burning out.

I love spending time in hotels and airports, taking in their architecture and atmosphere. I’m happiest swimming, ice-skating, or going for long, aimless walks that lead me to a beach path, park or river.
