I’ve been working in HR for 12+ years across people operations, talent management, and as an HR Business Partner — and I’m still curious, still learning.
Since moving to Sweden, I’ve worked across different industries — from global corporates like Electrolux, to the entertainment space at POPHOUSE Entertainment, and currently within healthcare at ABC Labs.
My work has focused on building people practices around learning & development, cultural integration, and scalable HR processes. Alongside this, I’ve been actively experimenting with different AI tools to make HR work more efficient and meaningful — and have been speaking in various forums about how to build a practical HR + AI strategy.
Moving to Sweden has also been a personal journey — understanding a new work culture, rebuilding networks, and redefining what “belonging” means. That’s something I care deeply about, and it led me to start Stockholm Culture Café — a space for conversations around culture, careers, and community.
