Hello everyone!
My name is Marissa Worlie, and I serve as a Senior HR & Operations Executive at Sagitec Solutions, where I've been in my current role for the past 5.5 years. I oversee a wide range of HR and operational functions across North America, supporting both our U.S. and Canadian workforce.
My responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding to HR operations, employee compliance, and workforce administration. I also serve as our U.S. and Canadian Immigration Specialist, partnering closely with legal counsel, employees, and leadership to manage immigration programs and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.
A significant portion of my role is focused on compliance and risk management across North America. I lead HR compliance initiatives, assist internal audits, and serve as the HR lead for SOC and HITRUST audits, ensuring our people processes align with regulatory, security, and organizational standards.
