Hi all! This post is part introduction and part question. ๐ค
I stumbled into a HR role about 3 years ago after working for 7 years in customer service then 4 years in Marketing and Graphic Design. Now I've somehow managed to fall upwards into my current role as HR Technology & Communications partner supporting C-Suite and senior leaders in the business!
So my question to the community: What are the things you wish you'd known when you first started in HR? I'm looking for insights relating to all things from internal comms and employee engagement, through to systems management, reporting, analytics, and C-Suite partnering.
Assume I know nothing and hit me with your best shot - looking forward to learning from you all!
