I'm Shruti — a GPHR-certified People and Culture leader who started out as a software engineer and never quite left that problem-solving mindset behind. 💡 I've spent the last decade building people functions from scratch, scaling teams through hypergrowth, and asking the question that drives everything I do: what does this feel like for the employee?
💪🏼 I've led HR across tech, SaaS, and high-growth startups, navigated the full HCM evaluation journey more than once, and built people strategies that sit at the same table as business strategy. Beyond corporate HR, I currently serve as a volunteer Chief People Officer at a nonprofit supporting women entrepreneurs globally — because people-first work does not stop at the office door. My exposure spans healthcare, finance, retail, tech, and mission-driven organizations, and I bring that breadth into every conversation about the future of work.
