I am the founder and lead career coach at Career Candor. With over 10 years of experience in human resources and career development, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my work.

I am a certified Master of Career Services through the National Career Development Association. I am also a formally trained and certified career coach through Erickson International, an accredited coaching institution. 

I worked as a career coach and provided outplacement services as my full-time job, and in 2021, I started Career Candor as a side hustle. 

​In 2023, I faced a pivotal moment: I was laid off from my Fortune 500 job. As part of my separation agreement, I was offered outplacement services—a benefit I was eager to experience as a career coach myself. But the reality was disappointing. My career coach was out of touch, the job search trainings were nothing more than sales tactics, and the price tag was staggering. 

I thought to myself, I can do this a whole lot better for a whole lot less. ​

My own career path had already given me unique insight into these challenges. I spent years in the career development department of a Fortune 500 company, often serving as internal outplacement support, and since 2021, I had been running a successful side business as a coach.

​That's when Career Candor took off. Now, we have a global team of career advisors supporting businesses of all shapes and sizes through the most difficult chapters any professional can experience: a lay off.

​I found the company with a mission to make outplacement and coaching services accessible and impactful for businesses of every size. Our approach focuses on delivering compassionate, actionable, and credible support to employees while helping businesses protect their reputations and return to growth.
