Jennifer Wincey is the Founder of AdaptPath, where she helps early-stage and scaling companies build the organizational systems, leadership capability, and ways of working required to scale effectively.
With a background as a Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Strategy, Jennifer brings a deeply practical approach to one of the most common challenges in growing companies: the gap between strategy and execution. Her work focuses on ensuring that how a company is structured, how decisions are made, and how leaders operate actually supports the outcomes the business is trying to achieve.
Jennifer partners with founders and leadership teams at critical inflection points, when companies are moving from founder-led to team-led execution, preparing for growth, or beginning to experience the friction that comes with scale. She is known for helping organizations identify where things will break as they grow and putting the right systems in place before those issues impact execution, performance, or culture.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that organizational effectiveness, not just talent, is what ultimately determines whether a company can scale successfully. She works across strategy alignment, organizational design, leadership capability, performance systems, and culture to create companies that are not only aligned, but able to execute consistently as they grow.
Jennifer is also building tools and diagnostics that help companies more easily assess and improve their readiness to scale, bringing a more structured, data-informed approach to organizational design and leadership effectiveness.
