I care deeply about helping leaders and teams thrive. Over my career across North America, Asia Pacific, and now Europe, I have been lucky enough to work with an incredible number of successful, multinational companies at different stages of growth and maturity.

Through my work, I have come to firmly believe in these three principles:

1. To reimagine leadership and talent strategies and experiences to be more human and agile – designing them for the world we live in today and in the future – not the past
2. To ensure that leadership and talent strategies are born from business needs – because that alignment leads to the difference between strategy and reality
