I thrive on exploring the multifaceted nature of culture – its formation, impact on relationships, teams, organizations, and communities. I believe culture is a powerful lifeforce, capable of either unifying or dividing. This understanding drives my mission to assist leaders and teams in harnessing culture to foster engagement, alignment, and harmonious collaboration for greater collective impact and results.
With an MBA in Organizational Design and a continuous study in Organizational Effectiveness, Design, and Social Systems Change, I bring visionary thinking to every project.
My core strength lies in my natural ability to organize, inspire, and lead, guiding teams toward deeply-desired, meaningful outcomes across various fields and industries.
Since 2022, we have hosted over 200 Community Learning Webcasts, EX Masterclass Programs, Virtual Seminars, and in-person Leadership Exchange's on foundational Employee Experience Topics & Themes, including Leadership & Talent Development, Employee Well-Being, Inclusion & Belonging, Talent Branding & Employee Communications, Employee Listening, Employee Appreciation (Rewards & Recognition Programs), Attracting & Engaging Gen Z, Global Workforce Projects, and larger strategic topics.
Through these initiatives, I've been privileged to impact the EX Leadership Network, a growing community of HR and People leaders, with a total program alumni of over 30,000 people.
