I like to consider myself an Organizational Optimizer, because I enjoy improving how businesses and people functions work together. My focus is on aligning strategy, leadership, and structure so organizations can scale, adapt, or prepare for exit.
My approach is pragmatic and direct; which allows me to quickly identify what is slowing a business down and develop a roadmap on how to move it forward.
I studied Industrial/Organizational Psychology and have spent the last 20+ years nurturing my career across sectors, industries, and business practices.
I am a 1st generation New Yorker and have worked across the US, Europe, and Asia, with most of my experience in tech and innovation-driven environments. I currently reside in the Netherlands (since 2018).
Outside of my career, I have other community driven projects and my own botanical-focused business that I am extremely passionate about. I am self-professed foodie and love the opportunity to travel to new lands and explore cultures.
