With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources/People, I hold the SHRM-SCP credential from SHRM, and the Certified Benefit & Compensation Professional certifications from WorldatWork. I recently obtained my Global Remuneration Professional certification through WorldatWork as well. My core competencies include designing and implementing total rewards programs, strategies, and policies that align with the business objectives and culture of Merz Therapeutics.
I also have experience in talent acquisition, performance management, training, employee relations, HRIS, and organizational development and effectiveness. I am passionate about helping employees succeed and grow and creating a positive and motivating culture within the organizations I serve. My mission is to partner strategically with business leaders and stakeholders and to serve the community through HR. My ultimate career goal is to become a Vice President for Human Resources or CHRO.
