I’m an HR leader with a passion for building thoughtful, people-first workplaces. I currently oversee HR across multiple tech companies, supporting a combined workforce of 250 employees. As the first HR hire in these organizations, I’ve built the HR function from the ground up which has been an incredibly fun experience.
As an INFJ and Enneagram 9, I bring a unique blend of empathy, insight, and a collaborative spirit to my work. My personality drives me to seek meaningful connections, foster harmony, and create solutions that prioritize the human experience.
