In the HSBC Tower in Auckland on November 12th, 52 HR professionals gathered together for our In Good Company Live: Auckland kickoff event. 🎉 IRL community building, expert speakers, and new connections made.
The experience included:
• Thought-provoking panel: “Defining HR Moments of 2025”
The event featured an engaging panel discussion with Ryan Ghisi from 2degrees and Danielle Scott from AoFrio, exploring the defining HR moments that shaped 2025. Together, they reflected on the lessons learned throughout the year and shared how these insights are informing planning for 2026. From the role of AI to managing employee expectations, the conversation offered practical takeaways and forward-looking perspectives for HR leaders navigating the year ahead.
• “Keep It Real” Keynote: Leading Through Complexity
In her inspiring keynote, Rose-Marie delivered a candid talk on “Leadership and the Complexity We Face in 2025 and Beyond.” She unpacked the realities of leading in times of uncertainty, emphasizing the importance of authenticity, resilience, and human connection in modern leadership. The session struck a chord with attendees, reminding everyone that effective leadership is as much about empathy and adaptability as it is about strategy.
• Connection and Conversation
The event included time for networking and energetic conversation, giving attendees the chance to exchange ideas, share experiences, and connect with peers over drinks. It was a fitting close to an event focused on insight, authenticity, and community — with plenty of new connections and inspiration to take forward into 2026.
