Hi, I’m Jeanne Donaghy. Over the course of my career in HR and HR Tech, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with leaders and teams to build organizations where people can thrive and businesses can grow. My background spans 15 years in various areas (learning and development, assessment and selection, employee engagement), and my focus has consistently been on creating engaging environments where people can show up and do their best.
What drives me is the opportunity to shape strategies that don’t just address today’s challenges, but also prepare organizations and people for what’s ahead. Whether it’s scaling a culture during rapid growth, navigating change with empathy and clarity, or implementing people practices that unlock performance, I believe HR leaders play a critical role in guiding businesses through transformation.
I’m contributing to In Good Company because I see this community as a powerful forum where HR professionals can learn from one another and advance the future of our field. My hope is to share insights, spark dialogue, and provide practical takeaways that help us all strengthen our impact as leaders. As a self-proclaimed ‘data geek’, I may occasionally throw in some stats and my favorite articles. But overall I’m looking forward to sharing some lessons I’ve learned, and more importantly hearing from you all on the best advice you’ve heard and where we can help each other.
