How do you help new managers learn to delegate without feeling guilty?

I’ve been working with several first-time managers who still hold onto too much of their team’s workload. They know they should delegate, but they fear it’ll make them seem lazy or, their biggest concern, that the task won’t be done "right" (air quotes very much intentional).

I'd love to hear how you how have you helped managers shift that hard-to-break mindset? Any frameworks or rituals that made delegation feel like growth instead of avoidance?
