Hi everyone! I’m Kelly Williams, Head of HR at Bennie, a full-service health and benefits brokerage.
I’ve spent over a decade in HR and operations, so I know that the gap between a people strategy and the actual employee experience can feel pretty wide. This is especially true when it comes to benefits. I’m passionate about making these programs more accessible and less of a "black box" for our teams. My goal is always to find that sweet spot where operational excellence actually makes life easier for our people.
