Hi everyone,
I am Rita, I recently joined the community after meeting the HiBob team at the HR Tech Conference in Amsterdam; every interaction was authentic and kind. Since I was already in the process to extend my professional network, it was a no-brainer for me to join.
I am looking for the kind of connections that go beyond the surface level with intentional exchanges: the kind where we challenge thinking, share what actually works, and support each other in building better companies and stronger careers. Ideally, the kind of connections that extends beyond our screens and into meaningful conversations.
In my current role, my focus is change management and org design; however, I like to consider myself "The Organizational Optimizer" because I focus on business operation; strategy; leadership and execution. The past 20+ years I have worked across the US, Europe, and Asia, mostly in tech and innovation-driven environments. I’ve seen the same patterns repeat across organization. Companies that perform well make decisions aligned with a clear vision; build leadership capability, move decisively, and know when to innovate or pivot.
I’m interested in connecting with people who think about People as a business function; people who care about performance, leadership quality, and making change work in practice.
I also want to volunteer to get more involved in the community. Hosting, bringing people together, and creating space for inspirational conversations is what I enjoy and hope to bring my energy and enthusiasm to events.
