I am a People & Culture consultant who works with startups and scale-ups to build the systems, leadership capability, and culture needed to scale effectively. 

Through my consulting company AdaptPath Consulting Services, I work with companies, helping them put the right structure, leadership, and people systems in place to scale quickly and effectively. My background combines over 20 years in operations and strategy with executive leadership in HR and People Operations to bring a business first approach to scaling talent needs. I’ve worked with companies through major growth and funding stages and specialize in aligning people strategy with business outcomes.
