A few weeks ago we put a call out for interested HR pros to officially join the ranks as In Good Company chapter leaders, taking on the task of building this community within their local metro.
Since that day: 70 of you have raised your hands to support building community in 45 unique metros across the globe. WHAT?! I am so amazed by all of you and your leadership, dedication, and commitment to making People-first work a priority not only in your work, but within your city.
That being said, our first chapters have officially launched and you'll notice some changes within the community moving forward.
+ You'll see a tab up top that says "Join Your Local Chapter" - simply click into your region to check and see if your city has chapter. If it does, join the space to stay up to date on events and discussions.
+ Current Chapter Leaders are denoted with a green badge on their profile! These are folks that have started the process of planning meetups and will have more info for you about their local events in the coming weeks
+ In some cities, we're still on the hunt for a co-lead to bring the community to life. Could that be you? Nominate yourself here.
